Sign-up for the Social Programme Participation to the Welcome Reception on Sunday 16 April and to the Conference Dinner on Monday 17 April is included in the conference fee for registered delegates. It is possible to purchase tickets for accompanying persons.

The Evening Reception will take place on Monday 20 April 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is included in the registration fee.

This ticket includes:

2-day conference (all sessions on Monday 20 April 2026 and Tuesday 21 April 2026)

Coffee breaks and lunch breaks on both days

Evening reception on Monday 20 April

Please note that this ticket does not include access to RRFM and SMaRRt sessions on Wednesday 22 April and Thursday 23 April. It furthermore does not include the possibility to participate in one of the Technical Tours on Friday 24. April 2026.
