2-day conference (all sessions on Monday 20 April 2026 and Tuesday 21 April 2026)

Please note that this ticket does not include access to RRFM and SMaRRt sessions on Wednesday 22 April and Thursday 23 April. It furthermore does not include the possibility to participate in one of the Technical Tours on Friday 24. April 2026.

RRFM 2026 will take place at the height of the tulip season, when the fields are in full bloom and alive with colour. This means that there is a very high demand on hotel accommodation for that week.

We strongly recommend reserving your accommodation as soon as possible.

If you intend to stay in the city center of Leiden, please note that we will organise shuttle buses to and from the venue each day before and after the conference sessions. In addition, there are two convenient (and safe) public bus lines which run during the entire day. We will soon post more information on this on the conference website.
