Sign-up for the Social Programme Participation to the Evening Reception on Monday 20 April and to the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 22 April is included in the conference fee for registered delegates. It is possible to purchase tickets for accompanying persons.

The RRFM 2026 Conference Dinner will take place on Wednesday 22 April at the Scheltema Leiden.

Sign-up for the Technical Tours On Friday 24 April we will offer technical tours to nuclear sites of interest. As usual, the sites can only accept a limited number of participants and available places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served base. DUE TO STRICT SECURITY REGULATION, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE PARTICIPANTS ONCE A PLACE HAS BEEN ALLOCATED. THEREFORE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR AGENDA ALLOWS PARTICIPATING TO THE TOUR ON FRIDAY 24. APRIL 2026.

The visit to the NRG Pallas site will take place on Friday 24 April from 9am - 7.30pm

The visit of the URENCO enrichment facility in Almelo will take place on Friday 24 April from 7.30 am to approximately 4pm

PLEASE NOTE:
Participants must be independently mobile and may not use any aids (such as a support arm, walking stick, walker, etc.).
Participants must be able to walk for at least 45 minutes and climb steel grate stairs

I would like to take part in the visit to the TU Delft Reactor Institute

The technical tour to the TU Delft Reactor Institute will take place on 24 April 2026. The bus will leave from the hotel at 9 am and is expected to be back at the hotel at around 2pm.
